AI usage across clients

See how much your firm uses Vera each month, per accountant and per company, and what Verasol bills for it under your agreement.

Every question your accountants ask Vera, in any client, is counted for your firm. AI usage shows that use month by month: how many questions and conversations, by whom and in which companies. A firm admin also sees the amount Verasol bills for it under your agreement.

The page is for the people who run the firm: firm admins see the whole firm, partners the accountants and companies of their own office.

Open the AI usage#

Open Firm › AI usage, or click the Vera this month card on the Overview.

The firm's use of Vera this month
  • 1 Month: choose the month to look at. It starts on this month.
  • 2 Billed this month: what Verasol bills for the firm's use of Vera this month, before VAT, with last month's amount under it. Only firm admins see amounts.
  • 3 Questions to Vera and Conversations: how often Vera was used, compared with last month.
  • 4 People using Vera, and the number of companies she was used in.

Under the cards, Questions to Vera · Per day shows the questions day by day.

Per accountant and per company#

Vera's use per accountant and per company

1 Per accountant lists each person with their questions and conversations, and the amount billed for them. Partners, who do not see amounts, see each person's Share of the questions instead. Use of Vera that no person started shows as Automatic (no person).

2 Per company lists the same for each client company. Use it to see which clients take the most of Vera's time.

Monthly limits per company#

When some of your companies have their own monthly AI limit, Monthly limits per company shows each one with how much of it is used, and what happens at the limit: Flag only, Notify or Vera stops at the limit. The limits are set by Verasol under your agreement; to change one, contact Verasol (see Get help).

When a company with Vera stops at the limit reaches it, Vera pauses in that company until the new month starts or the limit is raised.

Your firm can also have one monthly AI limit for all its companies together. When the firm reaches a limit that stops Vera, she pauses in all of its companies in the same way; a firm admin can ask Verasol to raise it.
