Where to get an answer in Verasol. The Help & support page, asking Vera, and how to e-mail Verasol support.

Most questions are answered fastest inside Verasol itself: ask Vera, or look the task up on the Help & support page. When you need a person, e-mail Verasol support from the same page.

Open Help & support#

Click Help in the footer at the bottom of every screen. On a narrow screen, such as a phone, the footer links are in a small menu in the footer.

What the page offers#

The Help & support page: ways to get an answer, common tasks and the support details

The cards at the top are the ways to get an answer:

  • Ask Vera: Vera answers questions about your figures, VAT and accounting in plain language. The card shows when your role may use the AI assistant.
  • 1 E-mail support: write to Verasol support; they normally reply by e-mail within one business day.
  • What's new: what changed in each version of Verasol (see What's new).
  • Contact: opens the contact page on Verasol's website, for questions about your agreement, a demo, or a proposal for another company.

Below them:

  • 3 Where to find things lists the most common tasks, such as creating an invoice, bank reconciliation, the VAT return and payroll. Only the pages your role can open are listed. Click a task to go straight to its screen.
  • 2 Asking Vera gives example questions and Ask Vera opens the assistant. See Chat with Vera.
  • Support shows the support e-mail, the hours and your version of Verasol. 4 Copy copies the version.
  • Terms and privacy opens the Terms of service and the Privacy policy on Verasol's website.

Ask Vera first#

Vera knows Verasol's screens, and she can look at your own figures. Open Talk to Vera at the top of the main menu, or the AI Assistant, and ask the way you would ask a colleague, in English or Arabic:

E-mail Verasol support#

  1. Open Help & support and click E-mail support. Your e-mail program opens a message to [email protected], with your version of Verasol in the subject.
  2. Describe what you were doing, on which screen, and what you expected to happen. If Verasol showed a message, copy it exactly; What Verasol's messages mean may already explain it.
  3. Send it.
