Your own client portal
Give your staff and clients their own sign-in address in your firm's name, logo and colours, with Vera working as your firm's assistant.
An accountancy firm can give its staff and clients their own client portal: Verasol at your firm's own address, with your firm's name, logo and colours instead of Verasol's. Vera works there as your firm's assistant.
Who can change it#
Only firm admins open Branding in the firm's side menu and change it. Other staff see the result.
Set up the portal#
Open Branding. The page has these parts:

| Client portal | Switch on Client portal on. The Address is set by Verasol; contact Verasol support to change it. When the portal runs, it shows Live, and Open the portal opens it. |
| Name on screen | Short name (English) and Short name (Arabic): shown in the top bar, on the sign-in page and in e-mails. Left empty, your firm's registered name is used. |
| Logos | Upload a Logo (on light backgrounds and in e-mails), an optional Logo for dark mode and an Icon (the browser tab and the sign-in panel): PNG, JPEG or WebP, at most 2 MB. For a logo that is only a mark, tick Write the name next to the logo (for a logo that is only a mark). |
| Colours and fonts | The Main colour (buttons, links, the selected menu item), the Second colour (highlights; left empty, a lighter shade of the main colour), the Font for headings and the Font for text. |
| Contact on the sign-in page | The E-mail, Phone and Website shown to people who cannot sign in, so they know whom to ask. |
Preview shows the look before you save. Click Save: the portal shows the new look the next time a page is opened there.
Who signs in there#
Only your staff and the people of your client companies can sign in on the portal. People who belong only to your firm's client companies sign in on the portal and nowhere else: when they try the general Verasol sign-in page, Verasol sends them to your firm's sign-in page. Your staff can use either.
Signing in with a Google or Microsoft account works on the portal too: Verasol checks the account and brings the person back to the portal.
The e-mails Verasol sends to your firm's people, such as invitations and password resets, carry your firm's name and logo and link to the portal.
Sign in from your firm's website#
If your firm has its own website where people already sign in, it can open the portal for them without a second sign-in. Ask Verasol support to set this up for your firm. Two-step sign-in is still asked when the person uses it.
